Beer

On tap  you will always find a perfectly tuned 11% tank lager from Dalešice brewery, which will dazzle every classic. Poupě beer uses many years of technological experience  from Dalešice, but at the same time brings extravagant, fresh flavors and beer styles with good drinkability. We take care to use quality fresh ingredients. Our goal is to open up new horizons of the beer world to customers with a first-class guarantee quality.

Single Hop IPA 13% (Poupě)
The basis is the West Coast IPA beer style, which has its origins on the West Coast of the USA, where beers with higher bitterness are popular. This time we chose only the American Mosaic variety for hopping, which was named so due to its wide range of flavors and aromas, from tropical fruit to a resinous hint of pine needles.

Gose 9% - Borůvka (Poupě)
Gose is an ancient German type of top-fermented, sour beer. This time we added a large portion of blueberries at the end of the main fermentation, which gives the beer a nice smell, taste and look. A pinch of sea salt rounds out the beer beautifully.

A light version of top-fermented beer, which, thanks to its low alcohol content, is an ideal thirst-quenching companion. A very refreshing beer with the taste and aroma of exotic passion fruit, complemented by the hop line of the Talus variety.

And if you're looking for something just in between, we'll close our beer hall for you. In addition to all this, we will prepare a banquet from A to Z that you and all the participants of your event will remember for a long time. We are able to prepare everything from classics to gastronomic experiences in the form of a steak tasting under the guidance of our chef.
