Beer

On tap  you will always find a perfectly tuned 11% tank lager from Dalešice brewery, which will dazzle every classic. Poupě beer uses many years of technological experience  from Dalešice, but at the same time brings extravagant, fresh flavors and beer styles with good drinkability. We take care to use quality fresh ingredients. Our goal is to open up new horizons of the beer world to customers with a first-class guarantee quality.

Sour Ale 9% Malina, Calamansi
A sourdough fermented with a special strain of brewer's yeast that produces a moderate amount of lactic acid in addition to ethanol in a single fermentation step. At the end of the main fermentation, we added raspberries and calamansi, which give the beer an intense aroma and taste.

Single Hop IPA 13% (Poupě)
The basis is the West Coast IPA beer style, which has its origins on the West Coast of the USA, where beers with higher bitterness are popular. This time we chose only the American Mosaic variety for hopping, which was named so due to its wide range of flavors and aromas, from tropical fruit to a resinous hint of pine needles.

Are you planning a big corporate event? We offer a unique connection of a beer hall with a concert hall with a capacity of 1,500 people. And if you're looking for something just in between, we'll close our beer hall for you. In addition to all this, we will prepare a banquet from A to Z that you and all the participants of your event will remember for a long time. We are able to prepare everything from classics to gastronomic experiences in the form of a steak tasting under the guidance of our chef.
